TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises)
Laky Majeski is a certified TRE® Provider (TRE Global via Red Beard Academy) and Body Reading practitioner through the TRE Centre. She offers TRE as a body-based practice that supports the release of deep patterns of stress, tension, and protective holding through the nervous system’s own natural mechanisms.
What is TRE®?
TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), developed by Dr. David Berceli, is a gentle, structured method that activates the body’s innate tremor response. Through a series of simple exercises that lightly fatigue the legs and core, these reflexive vibrations emerge and allow the nervous system to discharge stored stress and muscular tension. TRE is a somatic practice that works to complete unfinished stress cycles and release patterns that may have accumulated through trauma, chronic stress, or emotionally intense life events. Over time, this process may support greater flexibility, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Because TRE can be learned as a self-practice, many people use it both before and after meaningful inner work to support nervous-system stability. It offers a way for the body to settle, integrate, and reorganize after experiences that are psychologically or emotionally activating, allowing insights to take root without being held as a peripheral experience or residual tension.
