Laky grew up in New York, raised her family in Ohio, and now calls South Florida home. After more than twenty years as an educator, she felt increasingly called to the inner experiences that shape connection and wellbeing. Alongside her work as a somatic practitioner, and building on a bachelor of science in psychology, she was drawn to Marriage and Family Therapy with a focus on trauma-informed and expanded-state care.

Her therapeutic perspective is grounded in somatic work and nervous-system awareness. As a certified TRE® Provider, she integrates mind-body principles with compassion-based practices to help clients cultivate inner steadiness and presence. She views all inner work through a nervous-system lens emphasizing pacing, safety, and the body’s capacity to support insight and integration.

Laky brings a calm, steady presence to the therapeutic relationship, meeting each person where they are and attuning her pace to their unique needs. She aims to create a thoughtful, spacious environment where insight can unfold naturally and clients can develop a more trusting relationship with their inner world for embodied, meaningful change.

Outside of her clinical work, Laky finds grounding and inspiration in the arts and hiking.
