Bat-sheva Hecht

Bat-sheva Hecht

Bat-sheva Hecht brings her deep roots in community, service, and connection into her work as a counselor-in-training and guide.

As a mother, wife and devoted supporter of growth, she helps individuals move toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful transformation by weaving together preparation, presence, and integration.

Holding a BA in Psychology and specializing in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy at Barry University, Bat-sheva blends clinical insight with experiential depth.

Her training in Holotropic Breathwork and hypnotherapy (Flemmons) has shaped her approach, allowing her to create a grounded and compassionate space for clients.

She aims to support individuals in exploring life’s challenges and transitions with steadiness and warmth, helping them anchor insights, build inner strength, and create pathways for lasting growth.  In times of crisis or moments of exploration, Bat-sheva brings integrity, care, and human connection into the process.

Outside of her professional work, Bat-sheva can often be found running on the beach, lost in a good book, planning her next adventure, and laughing with friends and family over hot coffee. She loves weaving nature, movement, and meaningful conversation into everyday life, keeping things grounded, adventurous, and full of heart.
